If you wish to return an item within ten (10) days for either online credit or an exchange, please follow the return process described below:

If you decide to return your product for online credit or exchange, please follow the returns process listed below:
- Call 1-608-443-9257 to receive a return authorization (RA) form. Complete your RA form by listing item(s) you are returning and reason for the return. Include this inside your package, please.
- You may use UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office to return your item to us. Please be sure to get a receipt which will provide you with a tracking number in the unlikely event the package is lost.
- If you have any questions on this process, please contact us Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5 pm CST at 1-608-443-9257.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings including earring pendants are not able to be returned, unless defective or not as described.
If you wish to return any type of set, the complete set must be returned.
Nikki Lissoni USA warranty
Nikki Lissoni USA warrants all of its products, worn under normal use and service, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. For products purchased from a Nikki Lissoni USA retail partner, returns must be made to the same Nikki Lissoni USA retail partner where the original purchase was made. The warranty offered on Nikki Lissoni USA products is provided in addition to any statutory or other legal rights, which may vary by state or jurisdiction, and does not affect any such rights.
